My beautiful baby girl Olivia
How privileged was I to be with Mummy & Daddy when you finally made your entrance into the big wide world . When they said to me meet your Granddaughter Olivia Rose my heart just burst with happiness & I instantly fell in love with you.
You were born in the middle of a heatwave & Steve went out to buy an air conditioning unit , not for us to use but for this new precious bundle who became our priority in life . Your first few weeks were you & mummy getting your feeding right & what a journey you both went on , perfecting it beautifully . From very young you really didn’t like missing out, why sleep when there’s far too much going on around you ?
You started to settle in to your routine , always smiles as you woke in the morning , play mat fun , your black & white sensory cards grabbing your attention.Daddy would take you out for early evening walks in your pram to give mummy a rest before your bath time which you grew to love .
You continued to grow to be the happiest little girl making friends at sensory classes & generally being a social butterfly .
You worked your way through milestones , weaning was a doddle & you loved your food ( especially the ones daddy cooked for you ) l with lots of snacks & blueberries thrown in . You crawled with lightning speed & then started to walk and didn’t we know it no sitting around for us anymore .
After a year at home with mummy , she went back to work & you started at Acorns nursery , this was a breeze for you & you just took it all in your stride , especially when soft play was out & again making more new friends . Mummy being back at work meant I now had my special Thursdays with you, just you & me, lots of cuddles , giggles & reading books .we went for walks in your pram & played in the garden … you loved the outdoors pointing out the birds you saw , how I looked forward to these days & our time together .
My baby girl you made my heart smile every time i saw you , you looked at everyday as a new adventure with your boundless energy . All that met you fell in love with you especially that big gummy smile, your royal wave and how you lit a room up in an instance
You were only with us a short while but what an Impact you made on us all.
Nana will hold you in her heart forever & never forget her amazing granddaughter .
For now until we meet again , night night sleep tight & be the brightest Star in the sky
My beautiful Olivia Rose xx❤️❤️

Darling Olivia,
I remember when I first met you. I gasped and said ‘she is SO tiny!’ Even though you had the cutest longest legs (ready for her football career)! Just the most beautiful little girly whilst being held by her proud auntie Amy. Who people often said you looked like her (sorry mum and dad!)
One of my memories with you was the constant eye contact from you around Christmas last year, you were fascinated by me and not sure why ha! Never the less I sneakily enjoyed it and was amazed by watching you grow and learn!
I have said it numerous times and will always say it, you were the happiest and smiliest baby I have ever met. Always around our house or should I say Denzels house, playing with the remotes, so we couldn’t find them! candles (not lit) and the dogs.. fur to be exact! Forever hiding his toys from your eye line before you toddled off to try grab his red ball. We loved your company, watching you play with that gummy smile we all love and cherish. Such a pleasure to be around!
You are going to be so missed Olivia. You played such a big part in all of our lives with your infectious smile we couldn’t resist.
You will forever be in mine and Amy’s heart ❤️
